We're not communist anymore!

(hint: communists)
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is hitting the capitals of Asia, including Phnom Penh. There's even an Associated Press story datelined Phnom Penh by Bradley Klapper, though there's almost nothing about Cambodia in the story:
And she offered deeper U.S. partnerships with communist governments in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, which have looked to Washington for fear of being swallowed up by China’s expanding power.
The leadership of Cambodia officially renounced communism back in 1991 as part of the Paris Peace Agreement. There has certainly been little change in the composition of leadership between the People's Republic of Kampuchea and the Kingdom of Cambodia, but at least it's not part of the name, unlike Laos and Vietnam.
